Google has launched a brand new feature for its artificially intelligent Google Assistant that’s designed to cheer people up by filtering negative news.

Simply ask your phone (or the Google Home speaker) to ‘tell me something good’ and you’ll be given a nice summary of positive stories about people solving real problems.

‘These days we’re consuming more news than ever, and sometimes, it can feel like there are only problems out there,’ explained Ryan Burke, a creative producer at Google’s Creative Lab.

‘But the fact is, there is a plethora of ‘good news’ happening, and we’re not talking about unlikely animal friendships or random acts of kindness.

will they give options to google users so the user can define what is negative to them? otherwise google is just doubling down on forcing their agenda/preferred views on it’s users.

It’s not a search engine. It’s a website to FILTER results, and to feed the public a starvation diet of truth about Trump, America, prosperity, good and God while force-feeding people with regurgitated lies about bammy, *slam, democrats, gay, tranny, etc.

Liberal systematic oppression on several fronts.

Where there’s content that they can’t outright suppress like John Stossel’s criticism of global warming, they poison the well by putting a “pre-education” warning that liberally skewed Wikipedia disagrees with it.

In other areas, they demonetize or rate it inappropriate for children (major issue for Dennis Prager’s PragerU) so children on school computers and users on library computers can’t see it.

Demonetization - in theory, you have freedom, but we’re not going to let you make money and support yourself with it. Intentional handicapping of conservatives, libertarians and other non-PC content creators.

Twitter and Facebook are penalizing against conservative individuals as “low trust”, “low quality”, so what individuals can share is throttled. And that’s aside from tolerating liberal downvoting brigades to try to shut down accounts under false flagging as hate speech/offensive.

When a few big bigoted companies can systematically shut down everyone else in the name of love, fairness and other warm and fuzzy excuses, we now know what a maternal corporate dystopia looks like.

The classic paternal dystopia is the viscous 1984. The classic maternal dystopia is “Brave New World”. Today, it is Big Tech limiting, controlling, and now actively promoting “for the sake of happiness” what you should be allowed to receive.

Google sez...."Mollie Tibbetts died at the hands of an illegal alien. Ice cream is GOOD!"

Nooooo!!!!111 Think of the poor exploited cows!1!!1 You need to pick news that is more sensitive towards dieters, people with lactose intolerance, and vegans. What about a nice piece on organic, sustainably grown kale on a compostable, responsibly sourced stick sold by hard-working immigrants paid a living wage?

Whatever you do, don't say anything encouraging about the U.S. economy.
