Mark Levin: ‘Donald Trump Is in the Clear’ — ‘Lanny Davis Blew It,’ ‘You Are a Dummy, Lanny’

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” conservative talker and legal expert Mark Levin criticized the plea deal Michael Cohen made with the prosecutor for the Southern District of New York regarding campaign finance law violations.

Levin argued Cohen pled guilty to the charge despite them not being offenses and at the behest of the prosecutor who insisted they were offenses.

Partial transcript as follows:

HANNITY: All right, Mark, I mean, there are some lessons here. I agree that you shouldn’t lie to the FBI. Everyone agrees with that. I also agree that you should pay your taxes. I also agree that you better not lie on a bank loan application. Mark, how did we get from Russia and that this is it after nearly, we are almost at 500 days.

LEVIN: All right. I want to address Michael Cohen. How did we get to that? I want to help the law professors, the constitutional experts, the criminal defense lawyers, the former prosecutors and of course, the professors. I want to help them understand what the law is.

The general counsel for the Clinton mob family, Lanny Davis, he had his client pleaded two counts of criminality that don’t exist. These campaign finance violations that is all over TV, they are saying implicates the president of the United States directly.

Yes. I was railing about this yesterday. OUR PARTY is in charge - yet they act as if Obama’s still President and they’re powerless to do anything. Clearly, the majority of them are either corrupt or being blackmailed by someone, because nothing else explains the fact that they’re CLEARLY ignoring the desires of their own base.

I really, really think that, deep in their teeny heart-of-hearts, they believe that if they just wait it out Trump will eventually go away and they can go back to foisting some stuffed shirt globalist BACKHOLE like Romney or McCain on us again and we’re going to all go hold our noses and vote for them because, after all, the Democrat is even worse. Reelecting president Trump to a second term with large majorities in both houses is the best payback we can get against the scumbags.

Levin (as he could) spelled it out clearly, ‘even for Americans’, to understand on what the law is.

That is why Trump was willing (even eager) to have this interview with Mueller but Giuliani was dead set against it.

The real story here is that DOJ is manufacturing charges against Trump. The SDNY included the two campaign finance charges to get Trump knowing that they would never be tested in court. This just confirms that there is no way Trump should sit down for an interview with the Mueller team.

On one site, a poster said that Cohen admitted to using CAMPAIGN FUNDS to buy off Stormy. Interestingly, I can find no such claim in any article - even the ones against trump. I get the feeling they are trying to get readers to infer that, but they never actually say that.

I agree with what Rush said yesterday. Cohen has absolutely nothing on the President. Zero. If he did have something Mueller wouldn’t have pawned him off to the Southern District of New York. Cohen should sue Lanny Davis for malpractice.

The first thing a lot of us might want to do is get our collective heads out of our @sses and stop referring to the Republican Party as "our party." It sure as hell isnt MY party -- and never has been.

I was more excited about the 2016 election than I've been about any presidential election in decades. This was because I understood there was no Republican in the race. The 2016 election involved a Democrat/Globalist favorite running against an Independent/Nationalist underdog.

We don't need another major party. We just need to do what Donald Trump did in 2016 and use one of the existing parties to get what you need.

When I passed the TV in the lobby this morning, the text at the bottom of the CNN screen had “hush money” in it.

There's something about Lanny Davis that makes me picture a slimy weasel. It's his facial expressions along with the things he says and his extreme far left ideology I guess. Tried to find a picture but this is about as close as I could come to showing what I see in my mind's eye when I picture him.
