I’ll bet a shiny dime (no, bagster, the coin not the bag) that the baby-grand is tuned to 441 to accommodate for humidity.

My daughter (a classically trained French horn player, symphonic level—if anyone is hiring) has a single keyed in F and a double keyed in G.
