I like rowing. Feel better afterwards, does not hurt my knee and helps my neck, and I can zone out or go over my class.

I’ve thought about getting a rowing machine. But I worry that it might hurt my back. I’m sure that if you “do it correctly” you can avoid injury. But how hard is it to maintain “correct form” during an extended aerobic workout? Do you feel that there is a risk of a sore back or is it as worry-free as a stationary bike (I’ve never heard of an injury from a stationary bike). Thanks.
