Cara Mund, the 2018 winner of the Miss America pageant, has traded in her crown for boxing gloves, blasting higher-ups as nothing more than mean girls who bullied, belittled and muzzled her.

Get rid of the swimsuits. Hmmm.. What they should replace that with is being asked questions about the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Federalist papers. Important stuff. If you want to be Miss America, you better know about America.

Brown University was never great - the founders made their fortune in slaves.
To my knowledge, that woman has never apologized for attending Brown. So much for her complaining about anything. I’ve tuned her out.
And for real honesty, they should have a segment without makeup.
I don’t know how it is today but many years ago at Columbia, folks referred to Brown as “The foot stool of the Ivy League.”
Looks like she was always a NASTY woman and we just didn't know it.
I agree with you about Vanessa. I wish the slimebag photographer that released those pictures would have had an unfortunate accident.
However, I applaud this woman's courage to come forth and set the record straight. I doubt that anybody will ever "own" her no matter the circumstances.
Further it appears that she will be the last Miss America to enjoy the widespread popularity of the title based on plans for the future. Good luck finding sponsors for that train wreck
