So what exactly is going to happen on Jan 1, 2019? This goes into effect and? I thought something regarding the forfeiture of assets was already in action? I know I am probably missing the point on this one.
Hopefully legal folks will chime in here.
I think the forfeiture thing is already in effect. Also I think we’ve been legally in a “state of emergency” for quite a while already.
This sounds to me like 1/1/2019 might make more people subject to military tribunals.
Just my guess.
