So I did some digging.
It appears that Muriel Bowser lives in Riggs Park, DC. According to the map app, it takes 13 minutes to drive from Riggs Park to MedStar Hospital.
I’d like to know a little more about the timeline.

Body cam recording have not been released despite FOIA requests.
Bar owner changed his story. Says SR not at bar that night.

OK, maybe 15 minutes to get the call & get dressed & get in the car, then maybe 5 minutes to park, there’s 20 minutes right there, to add onto the 13 minutes travel time.
Now figure the delay in getting to wherever Seth was.
Total time could have been 40 minutes from the time the call came in, to getting to where Seth was.
While that does in no way remove suspicion from the buffao and the mayor (I mean, who called them?), it does set off my gaydar.
The water buffalo always did tickle my gaydar and so does the pic of the Mayor in the lovely photo of the two together.
That would explain why they both arrived together at that our. They were having a sleepover at the Mayor's house.
