Uh, I'd say she's not qualified based on her grammar.
I agree. I’d like to see her resume. I doubt her name was the only thing too ghetto.

I have family in Northwest Arkansas, Northeast Oklahoma and the southwest of Missouri. I go visit at least once a year and I cringe when a lot of them talk. They talk like this woman. It appears to be a regional dialect.
I HAVE A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS JOB THAT I APPLIED FOR AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT Mantality Health I KNOW IM WELL QUALIFIED FOR THE POSITION AS THEY SEEN ON MY RESUME! THEY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME BECAUSE OF MY NAME WHICH THEY CONSIDERED IT TO BE ghetto FOR THEIR COMPANY! MY FEELINGS ARE VERY HURT AND THEY EVEN GOT ME SECOND GUESSING MY NAME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF MY NAME IS REALLY THAT GHETTO I WOULD LIKE FOR EVERYONE TO SHARE THIS POST BECAUSE DISCRIMINATION HAS TO STOP!I would love to read her resumé.
I have spoken with a lot of her sisters in various customer service departments. They are often very sweet, kind, and patient people, but understanding them is a real challenge. I'm not sure which is worse -- getting a Hermeisha on the phone or getting Lakshmi or Vijayalakshmi.
Uh, I'd say she's not qualified based on her grammar.
I would say that qualifies definitely as ghetto grammar which, applied to dealing with the public, is more relevant than her name.
