When they inevitably fail to appear, can the judge be impeached?

Backus received her J.D. from the University of California - San Francisco Hastings College of the Law in 1984.
Well, that explains it.

When they inevitably fail to appear, can the judge be impeached? Is the judge a Muslim?

“Let’s go over this again. We have a murder case. We have an extreme multiple child neglect case. We have a likely kidnapping. We have a terror-connected imam. We have a creepy survivalist compound. We have terrorism. We have an insane diabolical plot to train children to do school shootings, and none of that, not even one little element of that, is good enough to keep this accused criminal in jail?”
Not to a democrat. But at least they were on the FBI’s radar whenever they took a break from messing with Trump.

When judges and politicians do things like this I think about the impact Willie Horton had. Of course, the press would never cover anything that the miscreant did in order to protect the offending judge or politician.

Could it be that the judge wants no trial....ever?
Is perhaps the FBI involved up to their scrawny little necks?
Inquiring minds want to know.

She’s part of a protected class. My odds are that she won’t be held to account if those subhuman debris do anything else.

This little incident ought to sway some voters in the elections of November.

Impeach, convict, indict, try, convict, sentence and publicly hang the judge for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Or else, indict, try, convict, sentence and publicly hang the legislators who failed to impeach and convict the judge, thus giving aid and comfort to the enemy themselves.

This according to USA Today:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2018/08/14/judge-new-mexico-compound-case-threatened-after-releasing-muslim-family/993139002/
Backus on Monday night ruled that three women and a man could be released and tracked with GPS ankle monitors pending their trial on child-abuse charges in connection with the treatment of their 11 kids kept on the site. As of Tuesday evening, two of the women and one of the men remained jailed at the Taos County Detention Center; the third woman is a Haitian native was turned over to ICE agents
A fifth man arrested during the early August SWAT raid at the remote compound isn't eligible for release because he remains jailed on a kidnapping warrant from Georgia. Authorities said he snatched his toddler son from his former wife but failed to give him medical care, causing him to die sometime early last year.
The adult group comprises two sisters and a brother, his wife, and a man who is married to one of the sisters. They are the children's parents or guardians.
the father of three of the adults is Imam Siraj Wahhajr

There is clearly a Wahshington directed cover-up on this. Incredibly, NBC is doing a pretty good job covering it. After the 20 minutes of Trump hate, of course.
