As to the opening cartoon: amusing and accurate in the present context, but of course the only evidence that the Ruskies hacked the DNC or Hildy comes from the DNC and Hildy.

She was taken to a conference room that is sometimes used as a SCIF, to get her temination notice.

Maybe she was taken to the SITU SCIF room because, as Q insinuates, they had advanced knowledge she was recording and they set her up (or pre-arranged) for her to commit the crime of recording there.

Now they can accuse her if illegality?

I like tht theory.
