On Sunday's episode of The $100,000 Pyramid on ABC a contestant made the mistake of mixing up former Taliban leader Osama bin Laden with Barack Obama.
The game show, which pairs a contestant with a celebrity as they offer clues based on a topic for their partner to guess, saw the contestant in question, a new father named Evan Kaufman, paired with Saturday Night Live alum Tim Meadows.
As Kaufman's round began, starting with the easiest topics at the bottom of the pyramid, the hint in question was "People Whose Last Name Is Obama." Instead of citing the former president or his wife, Michelle, Kaufman first said "bin Laden" before offering the name Barack after a pause. Meadows quickly offered the correct answer after Kaufman provided the former president's first name.
Kaufman's flub was mocked on Twitter by viewers of the show.
Prior to the round, Kaufman had noted to host Michael Strahan that he and his wife were "very tired" as new parents.

If the hint question were “prominent jihadists who aimed to destroy America,” either Osama or Obama would’ve sufficed.
Teddy K said, “Obama bin Laden”, so Big Media changed “O”sama to “U”sama, so the name of their god the Fraud would not be taken “in vain” again.

I’m always confusing Obama and Osama too. I have to use the “b”, as in Barry, as a memory aid to remind me which is which. They have way too much in common and way too many similarities to try to keep from confusing them all the time.

Osama, Obama, both enemies of America, neither one a natural born citizen eligible to be President.

She owes an apology to osama for mixing him up with “obama” (or whatever his real Muslim name is). Osama, as horrid as his 9/11 attacks were, didn’t do a thousandth of the damage to America as “obama” did.
OBL was the leader of Al Qaeda, not the Taliban...
Both are still very uncommon names in the United States.
Both do sound quite similar if one’s not fully paying attention. Both had goals to dismantle America as we now know her. Both failed!
One did irreparable damage to the country its infrastructure and its economy.
The other orchestrated the world trade center attack.
Wow...can’t even make a mistake without the left tearing you down.
Weell, it is still hard to believe someone named “Barack Hussein Obama” could have been elected president only seven years after 9/11.
