The OSPCA said at the time of the seizure that expert dog rehabilitators determined the dogs “were the most game dogs they have ever seen. They are not pets, their focus is to kill.”

There's got to be plenty of other dogs that would be more suitable for police K-9 work than a four legged death machine.
