Hate is unnecessary. It is a waste of energy and can be destructive, not only to the object of its focus, but to the one who engages in it.

“Let those who love the Lord hate evil” (Psalm 97:10a).
Is your expression of hate maintained in a consistent state? If so, I stand by my initial comments. It is much more healthy to consistently exercise expressions of love, rather than hate.
