“Anyone who ate at Red Lobster in Fort Smith from July 19 to August 4 should seek vaccination immediately if they have never been vaccinated against hep A or are unsure of their vaccination status,” the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) wrote in a news release on Wednesday.

“This case appears to be related to travel outside of the state and is not thought to be part of the current hep A outbreak in Northeast Arkansas.”

In North Carolina all restaurants and grocery store delis have to prominently post their health certificate....
....most are 97, 98 with the occasional 100!

I wish all states did this.

It's not about a store's health cert on the wall. It's about every employee having a health cert. We stopped requiring that when queers took over. The fecal matter, liver disease, blood swapping, and other causes are common if you have anal sex and then stick the same in your pie hole. There are some things that won't wash off.
