I see you got one other who posited "BC" is William Jefferson Clinton, aka "Bill Clinton." I'm going with that too. Note the asterisk following [BC]*

Asterisk below refers to Tarmac meting and several (unidentified to us, but (meetings 1-4) in the Q-drop) go-between meetings. The phony Obama birth certificate is not apt to be a go-between, etc.
