FBI and CIA operations are separated for a reason.

Unfortunately, that sort of thinking is irrelevant to people like Brennan, Strzok (père et fils) and a cast of thousands.

Moreover, they know that nobody in this country - be they fedgov, media, masses - has the stomach to punish them as they should be punished for their perfidy. Their smirking arrogance is hard to take, but not hard to understand.

The two cooperate substantially, part of tearing down the various "walls of separation" that were blamed in part for the government not picking up on the 9/11 plot, or picking up but not acting.
