Carlton Henderson, a 54-year-old man accused of murdering two people in Boston in 1988, died in New York City on Sunday after he allegedly emerged from a restaurant walk-in freezer and attacked employees.

Henderson was released on bail in Boston just last week, on July 31, after Judge Janet Sanders granted a motion despite opposition from the Office of Suffolk District Attorney Daniel Conley.

I love the Boston Herald headline:

Boston cold case suspect dies after emerging from restaurant freezer yelling ‘Away from me, Satan’

Judges need to be made civilly and criminally liable for anyone who is harmed by their negligent release of violent perpetrators

I wonder if Judge Janet Sanders knew about his “some kind of medical condition.” (sarcasm)

All of those words and not a bit of explanation.
The last paragraph has even more curious wording:

Henderson suffered some kind of medical condition and was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

I agree. Perhaps there needs to be a three-judge panel that has to be unanimous for releases, as well.

I think the above headline is even funnier. I mean, really, how did a freezer attack him?

Yeah, that wouldn’t pervert the impartiality of the justice system at all.

All too often these people live in the shadows, killing citizens with their mistakes in judgment. Anyone can make an error, but if their track record shows too many (i.e. liberal mindset), they should be held accountable.

I agree. Since the system is already compromised beyond repair, let’s just go all the way and just have a show trial by a tribunal, followed by a firing squad, eh?
