I have only seen the first GOTG movie. I have a digital copy of the second; haven’t gotten around to watching it. I thought the first one was okay, but way over rated. I don’t care what Disney or Bautista do. I’ve pretty much had it with superhero movies anyway.

So? I'm sure Marvel/Disney has the authority to use his likeness even if he won't participate. They can CG his character and hire some other actor to imitate his voice, like they did with Peter Cushing and Carrie Fisher in Rouge One.
The movies are mostly cartoons anyway.
