With reboots being the biggest craze in Hollywood, it might be fun to predict which classic (and not so classic) shows might be rebooted next.
1. Mister/Miss Ed.
In this reboot, the famed talking horse is gender fluid and trans species. On some days, the horse identifies as male, and others as female. He/she/xe also identifies as a cat, a penguin, and a rooster on occasion.
2. Punky Brewster
In this reboot. Punky, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico is separated from her parents at the border. Her parents are deported and Punky is adopted by Henry, her new foster father.
3. Mary Richards
In this remake of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Lena Dunham stars as Mary Richards. Set on election night in 2016, the pilot shows as a staff of journalists coming to grips with the election of Donald Trump.
4. Cheers
In this remake, a group of gay friends gather together at the local gay bar. They must deal with homophobia on a weekly basis. Sam the bartender is gender binary who is addressed as "they" and "them" by "their" colleagues.
5. ER
Set in East Los Angeles, the show features a cast of illegal alien characters who use the local ER as their primary care physician.
6. I Love Lucy
Ricky Ricardo, an undocumented Mexican immigrant and musician, marries Lucy, a transgender aspiring actress. Their landlords are Fred and Ethel, who are undocumented immigrants from Somalia.
7. Saved by the Bell: The Activist Years.
Jessie, Kelly and Lisa, who are now college professors at UCLA, must fight their sexist male fellow professors, who all earn more money than they do.
8. I Married David
Based on the short lived sitcom "I Married Dora." This series features a wealthy man who marries his undocumented housekeeper. This time, the housekeeper is a gay man and MS13 gang member and the two men marry in the pilot.
Maybe a mash up of Bewitched and Super Dave Osborne starring Hillary! where she smashes into random objects as she attempts to fly her broom, or walk, for that matter.
In the Bizarro world of the Left, that is what I’m afraid of.
Gomer Piles...starring Adam Schiff and Peter Strzok
#58. You forgot to give the show a new name, such as “Married To Democrats”.
The Courtship of Eddie’s Fathers.
On a special episode of Andy Griffith Show, deputy Barney Fife shoots an unarmed black man. Hijinks ensue when a media circus and national activist mob descend on Mayberry.
The Jeffersons, descendants of Thomas Jefferson fight the courts and history books every week as they try to establish America’s longest running paternity test...
Mission Transexual! Jim Phelps penis self destructs and he becomes Janice Phelps
Sorry, I’m referring to George Jefferson and The Jefferson TV show. There were a few others with intentionally bad black role models. I could see them remaking these now with White Trailer Trash. It be fitting and par for the course today. And, of course, these would be Trump supporters.
>>Would Aunt Bee have a wild side we never saw before?
The retrocon group made Peter Parker's Aunt May a "hot young woman" (and got rid of Peter's nerdy glasses).
“Today” a daily news show where the on-air script ignores anything that was said or happened on a previous day.
No apologies for errors in reporting when yesterday’s claims are exposed a partisan lies.
No apologies for hypocrisy and double-standards (the Clinton one-free-grope, everybody does it, it’s just sex, nobody gets prosecuted for lying, etc.) for anything that was broadcast in the past.
Johnny Loves Chachi
“Green Acres” where it’s about a pot farm.
Family Affair, a show about a rich bachelor and his "butler" who take in his brother's orphaned children. The show explores alternate lifestyles, as oldest child "Cissy" becomes gender-confused when meeting the neighbor "Mrs. Beasley."
My Three Sons, a show about a Hispanic man living in El Paso. Hijinks ensues when each week, his three "sons" are different people.

In Family Affair, Mrs. Beasley is a mysterious neighbor that nobody has ever seen except Cissy (or maybe we'll make it Buffy). Or Mrs. Beasley could be like Mr. Wilson from Home Improvement where she's only partially seen through the gap in the chain-locked apartment front door.
New show I Married Joan, about the antics that surround the wife of a judge who keeps issuing edicts that overrule the President of the United States.

The Fugitive is a new drama about man-on-the-run Paul Emm, who is wrongly accused of colluding with the Russians to steal an election. Each week, Paul drifts from town to town in search of a shady British spy who can prove his innocence, and along the way helps needy strangers in trouble as he struggles to stay one step ahead of wily but persistent Special Counsel Mueller.
=====
Maug is a new sci-fi show about Polynesian villagers whose lives are literally turned upside down when their little island actually does tip over and capsize. Episode 1: "Shore Leave" tells the story of what happens when a USA Navy cruiser arrives and all the sailors get off the ship at the same time.

The show was called “Room 222””.
