I’ve been expecting a communications failure also, but I tend to think it is part of the plan. If there are going to be arrests on a large scale, then limiting communication for a time would help avoid organized resistance. Think flash mobs and similar activities.
I also think that since Q placed it in a post regarding the unseen Obama photos, the release of those will be a signal that things are about to happen. Then, dark to light.
Whether that’s correct, being prepared is essential either way.
It may just be specific, concentrated Stingray-type outages.

Slightly related: I admit to being a total sucker for expecting BIG things to happen any second now. Every time Q posts something BIG is about to drop. Every time Q posts something ominous. Every time Trump dose something unusual. I thought it was going to happen when Melania wis in the hospital, when Trump was in Singapore, after he pointed to Q at the rally, and now when he is on vacation.
Eventually, I’m going to be right! Sigh.
My current thinking is that BIG things will happen before the school year begins. So soon.
