It’s interesting they get it from both sides of the political spectrum too. Left leaning people ignore it as a waste of time/money on roided out masculinity or pretend to like something more sophisticated like soccer etc.. Right leaning people ignore it over the anthem issue and all the black players.

Me I think I lost interest a few years ago for other reasons and just got bored. It’s funny as I’ve gotten older I appreciate baseball a lot more than I once did, and golf.

I never understood what football had to do with the military anyway. I sort of think they started all that faux over the top patriotism to get feel good ratings, but now it’s come back on them. Ironic

He was the only owner that stated since the new rule that his players would stand, toe on the line. I fully disclosed that I am a long time fan so that is not an excuse. What it is, is that I will watch again if they grow a pair and “toe the line”. The owners need to show the players that they are the owners. If not, pay the consequences.
