Poll: 32% Think Press Treats Trump ‘Fairly’ [41% ‘unfairly’; YouGov]

According to a new YouGov survey, 41 percent of Americans think the press treats President Donald Trump unfairly, while only 32 percent thinks the press treats Trump fairly.

The survey asked, “How fairly do you think the national press has treated Donald Trump in general?” The respondents answered with either “very fair,” “more fair than unfair,” “about equal,” “more unfair than fair,” or “very unfair.”

The survey found that 14 percent of respondents said the media treat Trump “very fair” and 18 percent said “more fair than unfair.”

On the other hand, 15 percent said Trump is treated “more unfair than fair” by the media, and the most popular response, at 26 percent, said the media have been “very unfair” toward Trump.

Twenty-six percent said the media treat Trump “about equal.” …

More realistically, it has been 84 years. 1934 is the year the FCC was created, FDR put his campaign crony, Herbert L. Pettey, in charge, and Petty made sure the new radio networks only took a pro-Roosevelt stance. News that criticized the Roosevelt administration was taken to be acting against the “public interest”.

This went on for a full decade, making sure the new mass media would have a solid “Progressive” ideology.

The 32% is obviously Democrats but what I don't get is there was a poll about Russia being an important issue & it polled at less than 1%?

Huh? WTF? Shouldn't it be like 30+% or at least 20%

This has got to be a phoney poll. There cannot be that many stupid people around. I doubt that precious few really believe that the media treats Trump fairly.
