The 13th Amendment prohibits slavery but that did not stop the leftist courts to force servitude on bakers — it had to be undone by SCOTUS.

Well, strictly speaking, the 13th amendment was repealed by the 16th amendment.

Excellent point. Just as the separation of powers was undone by the 17th.

And of course the whole country went to hell in a handbasket when they passed the 19th.
