The woman's story has inherent flaws and contradictions in it, and doesn't even stand up to scrutiny.

How is that legal? Especially enticing people to cross state lines for false purposes? They go after criminals who call people up on the phone, and promise them things, and then bilk them of their savings, and they'll go after people who lie about their identity on the internet in order to entice victims to meet them for nefarious purposes. How is this any different? There's a victim in each one of these.
