Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen used a fake “pedophile detector” to goad accused child molester Roy Moore during Sunday’s night episode of his show Who Is America?
Moore, whose Alabama Senate candidacy was derailed in October after he was credibly accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl, ends the interview soon after Cohen brandishes “the latest Israeli gadget”: a wand that supposedly beeps when it detects a pedophile.
“It’s very simple to use,” says Cohen, impersonating a former Israeli intelligence officer. “You just switch it on, and because neither of us are sex offenders, it makes absolutely nothing.”
The wand then beeps when passed over Moore’s torso.
“It must be faulty. It’s malfunctioning,” Cohen says. “Is this your jacket? Did you lend this jacket to somebody else?”
“No,” Moore answered. “I’ve been married for 33 [years]. I’ve never been accused of such things.”
Moore, who received President Trump’s endorsement even after nine women accused him of preying on them as teenagers, released a statement condemning Cohen’s trickery earlier this month.
“I did not know Sacha Cohen or that a Showtime TV series was being planned to embarrass, humiliate, and mock not only Israel, but also religious conservatives such as Sarah Palin, Joe Walsh, and Dick Cheney,” said Moore, who agreed to the interview after receiving an invitation for an all-expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. to “receive an award for my strong support of Israel.”
Cohen, known for the hit comedy Borat, has made headlines in recent weeks for ensnaring a host of prominent political figures in embarrassing interviews set up under false pretenses. Georgia state representative Jason Spencer was forced to resign last week following the release of his appearance on Cohen’s show, during which he can be seen brandishing his bare buttock and shouting racial slurs at Cohen’s prompting. Former Vice President Dick Cheney signed a “waterboard kit” on the program, and a number of other Republican politicians endorsed a program to arm three- and four-year-old children to prevent school shootings.

PRECISELY. I just shake my head at the voters of Alabama for failing to see behind this.
The accusations came nearly 40 years after the fact and was timed just a few weeks before the elections. All these with Gloria Allred suddenly appearing again ( same way she appeared when Herman Cain was making headway in 2012 ).
Anybody using simple inference could have seen the collusion behind this.
Then what happens after mission was accomplished? Where are these women?
Here’s my bet — the same thing will happen this coming October in tight election races this year. Watch for the re-appearance of Gloria Allred once again.
What’s funny is how many pedophiles Cohen is probably friendly with in Hollyweird. The place and industry are leftist enclaves for pedophiles.

I can’t help it, I’ve have to respond to say the same thing I’ve said on several posts; Moore was set up perfectly, to the point of even giving the RINOs an excuse to abandon him. He never had a chance. A man in the state spotlight for decades and wins multiple elections is suddenly, out of the blue, a child molester who’s most recent accusation is from 30 years ago. Total BS, but enough people bought it and now we have Doug Jones.

How is that legal? Especially enticing people to cross state lines for false purposes? They go after criminals who call people up on the phone, and promise them things, and then bilk them of their savings, and they'll go after people who lie about their identity on the internet in order to entice victims to meet them for nefarious purposes. How is this any different? There's a victim in each one of these.
I lean toward the staff members of these politicians need to do a MUCH better job vetting the people they allow to interview.
If they produce fake credentials, that’s a crime.

Gloria Allred was involved with Corfman and the other lying whores. Anyone who is involved in any way with Allred is, by default, untrustworthy and unscrupulous.
As I have stated before, Moore has been a controversial political figure for decades. Why didn’t these poor “victims” speak out then? I think we all know that answer, don’t we?
In the beginning, I wasn’t a Moore supporter. I supported Mo Brooks and, to this day, believe that he was the best candidate.
But I became angry at the way the GOPe, the left and the media (but I repeat myself) slandered Moore. I was angered at the Hollywood garbage interfering in our election. I was even more angry that some supposed “conservatives” sided with Allred. Really??
Judge Roy Moore was a threat to Dems & phony, Godless Rhinos.
Charging him with such accusations was totally sick.
I cannot believe that his fellow Alabama voters did not stand by him.
We all know the Dems do not want anyone to threaten their idols - Planned Parenthood and Roe v Wade!
