On January 12, 2018, The Wall Street Journal reported that Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid Daniels $130,000 in hush money in October 2016shortly before the presidential electionto deny that she had an affair with Trump a decade earlier in 2006.
On March 6, 2018, Daniels filed a lawsuit against Trump. She claimed that the nondisclosure agreement that she had signed in reference to the alleged affair was invalid because Trump had never personally signed it. The suit also alleges that Trump’s attorney had been trying to intimidate Daniels and “scare her into not talking”. A day later, Cohen initiated an ex parte arbitration process that resulted in an order that barred Daniels from disclosing “confidential information” related to the nondisclosure agreement. The order itself, which Daniels’ lawyers called bogus, was supposed to remain confidential.

That's a good thing to know. So Al-Waleed is probably safely out of the game. (We hope).
Thanks for the research edzo, the hardest working man in show business. (TEXOKIE is the hardest working woman.)

That may be what the WSJ reported, but that's not what the agreement was. The $130,000 was not to deny anything, it was to not say anything at all! To shut her mouth. She did not. She had buyer's remorse. She is nothing more than a public blackmailer!
Stormy Daniels has already violated that contract in detail, spirit, and law.
IF the contract was with Trump, Cohen held Trump's power of Attorney and authority to sign, but that did not matter one whit. She entered into a contract with Cohen to not talk about a specific topic in exchange for $130,000. . . it does not matter with whom or about what the topic, she received a substantial payment from Cohen to not talk about that specific topic.
It doesn't matter that another party may have an interest in that topic as well, that party doesn't HAVE to sign it. . . her contract with Cohen is irrelevant to the third party's involvement. From what I have read, there was nothing reciprocal about Trump's not talking about her, and Trump received no money, ergo, Trump did not have to sign it. . . the contract was between Stormy and Cohen. SHE violated it and must pay the specified penalties to Cohen.
