You present the theory of a large international RICO conspiracy aka "the cabal" and close with this comment: UCMJ is the right court for most of this, especially anyone outside of the United States

We have a lot of history of using military for non-military things in the USA, including law enforcement and judicial functions. Most of the time it hasn't worked that well.

Here's a key point from that longer response:

Critics of the Civil War military tribunals charged that they had become a political weapon, for which the accused had no legal recourse to the regularly constituted courts, and no recourse whatsoever except through an appeal to the President.
The U.S. Supreme Court agreed , and unanimously ruled that military tribunals used to try civilians in any jurisdiction where the civil courts were functioning were unconstitutional, with its decision in Ex parte Milligan

Military Tribunals are not a good tool to fix lawbreaking and corruption by government figures in the previous administration. Even attempting it would cause a loss of legitimacy for Trump, and might lead to truly horrific outcomes like Civil War.

Military Tribunals haven't worked well for the War on Terror, and nearly everyone admits that at least the worst of them are Apex terrorists.

This is an International conspiracy involving multiple countries as well as CIA, FBI and other agencies of the United States Government acting in concert to subvert the laws and topple the duly elected Government to weaken us and move us towards entering into a Government that is not Sovereign but melted into one made up of all the countries under a yet to be defined power structure

So tossing all the Lincoln stuff aside, what in your mind is the appropriate method, law and court that all of these people working AGAINST our government should be
