Then besides fruits, who isn’t an “an adulterer” ?

Er...no one. That is kind of the point of the quote from the New Testament. Jesus is saying that it is not good enough, in God’s eyes, to avoid the sinful acts, we must also avoid the sinful thoughts and feelings, or we are still sinning. So we are all sinners, and in need of God’s forgiveness.
That’s correct and applies to men and women.
