I've seen 16' foot ladders, washing machines, bumpers, wheels and 60lb pieces of truck retreads and vehicles spinning on their roofs on the freeways. Did I hit them? Hell no.
Ya know why some people hit that debris while others are able to avoid it Al?

It is a lot harder to control a car when only one hand is on the wheel. Many folks do not use two hands on the wheel.
