The Frederick Police Department told the paper Rosenberg and another unidentified man had been approached by a detective after they were spotted peeking into parked cars on the street late at night. The authorities believed the men intended to break into the cars and steal from them.

It was only after Rosenberg was arrested (and found to have a small bag of marijuana and an air pistol on him) that he began offering the police donuts. Rosenberg reportedly made the same offer repeatedly, leading officers to, at first, believe he was poking fun at them.

When he kept repeating himself, though, “I [began to] believe that he was serious,” Sgt. Jonathan Shatlock told the paper

Haven’t tried that, the cream could turn to liquid. It’s also good to do with a regular KK donut, warm gooey donut. Yummy.

I did this once. When KK came to the neighborhood a cop was detouring traffic and I really needed to make the quick trip through. It worked. Two donuts and I was passed on. Of course, we both had a good laugh about it.

Didn’t the news media bribe FBI leakers with expensive tickets to sporting events? So if a petty thief bribes police with donuts, then what’s the problem? Do we really want a two tier justice system in America?

Dunkin Donuts should use this as a commercial, why to not try Krispy Kreme.

Let me guess: The police seized the donuts as evidence, but were later unable to locate them.

“We at Krispy Kreme find this news deeply disturbing. To our knowledge, our delicious donuts have never before been rejected as bribes. We are conducting a rigorous review of our recipes to determine what went wrong.”

Oh, they are the best.

A dope smoker works at a donut factory. How do they make any money?
