I want a plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.
I would rather have a .50 caliber ball air gun with decent velocity.
Set it up in a field at night with thermal optics and silently kill feral hogs.
Toy linear accelerator rifles get you tin cans.
Functional large caliber air guns get you bacon.
Bacon > tin cans.
Let’s see if hackers can modify the Gauss gun, installing LN2-cooled superconducting magnets and kilofarad capacitors to get the projectile velocity up to at least Mach 3.

All I need is a Flux Capacitor, and the next time my neighbor turns on his boom box, its Over ...
I'll be adding this to my posts for a few days, once per thread I participate on.
Red Pill People > We Need to Know About
John Stossil intro explains: (first three people)
Candace Owens
Brandon Tatum
CJ Pearson
Larry Elder (Conservative talk show host - Los Angeles / back into the 80s [ I believe ] )
Jesse Lee Peterson (someone we've known about since before 2001)
These people are opening up the eyes of Blacks from within their ranks.
I think it's important we know who they are and promote them when we can.
I may be the last to know of them, but I don't want anyone else not to know, so here's the info.
Even if you knew about them before, this might be a decent resource for finding their work.
When you hit the links above, you'll see Google's information page.
You'll be able to learn more about them using links there.
Click on the VIDEO button at the top and you'll be taken to a list of their YouTube videos.
Enjoy.
I'm sure I've left people out, so I'd appreciate folks mentioning them to me so I can add them to this short list.
Counting down to Chunks Schumer calling a press conference to ban this thing in three, two, one...
Over here.
Dude, it’s like those Marine plasma rifles in Aliens.
How about an EMP gun to shoot down drones?
So, 45 m/s is about 150 FPS. Your red ryder will do 180 plus. Cute, buy color me not that impressed.
A toy, nothing more.
We’ll need real EM rifles which can fire sizeable copper slugs at rates measured in miles per second. We’ll need them to deal with armored combat robots, at the very least. Maybe something far worse.
EM rifles like that will require backpack battery packs and have a limited magazine. Mounting them to vehicles or larger combat robots will allow for deeper magazines (depth of magazine being a function of battery capacity).
We’re gonna need ‘em, bad. Excuse the pun.
You could put an eye out with that thing, barely.
