A brutal video of a McDonalds worker beating up a female customer who apparently disrespected her mom surfaced on Thursday.
The video begins with the visitor throwing a milkshake at the employee who is angrily marching toward her.
The worker grabs the woman, who is wearing just a small black tank top and gray shorts, and starts pounding her head on a table.
The worker throws the customer around so brutally that one of her breasts falls out of her top.
The larger woman then pummels the milkshake thrower with wild, swinging blows before tossing her onto a cushioned seat.

The worker was hit with a milk shake and verbally harassed. Sorry, but Im siding with her.

There’s more here than meets the eye. The car is too far from the window to get service.
:)
nothing you described grants the worker the right to assault the girl. you do not have the right to assault anyone just because...if she suspected that the girl was stealing, she has recourse by calling 911 and/or banning the girl from the store. ask any lawyer, or cop if employees have rights to assault people for stealing.
Did you even watch the video?
Who got hit in the face with a metal tray, the customer or the worker?
At what point did the worker's right to self-defense suddenly no longer exist?
yes, I did watch the video. the response was far out of proportion to the initial offense. show the video to any cop or lawyer and ask them if it wasn’t over the top
What initial offense? The tossing of the french fry, the verbal insults, the tossing of the milkshake, hitting in the face with a metal tray?
At what point, if ever, would you allow someone to stand up for themselves?
How about when does employees have the right
to defend themselves when they are assaulted?
Granted an ass whipping may not be called for
with a shake being thrown on you. But, attack
with a food tray is different. Or do you lay
down and let someone beat on you?
I am not going to argue with you. I bade you to ask any cop or lawyer yet you refuse. which indicates to me that you don’t want to know.
the employee should have called 911 immediately and not lost her temper. the big one should have backed off and let the police do their job. she does not have the right to lay her hands on the other. SHE escalated the situation by charging, and not calling the police, and by continuing to beat the girl. if you cannot see that she went way overboard, then there is something wrong with your attitude. macd’s is wide open to a lawsuit for this. would you want someone like this on your staff?
There isn’t anything wrong with me. I don’t know how I’d vote
if I were sitting on the jury based upon what little info we have
now. But there are two sides at least to this story. The chances
are very good that the milkshake throwing girl will get a good
settlement out of this even if she was wrong. She was attempting
to steal and that doesn’t make it right either.
You've been around here long enough to know it's not up to me to prove your assertion.
You say any cop or lawyer will agree with you. Fine. Go find one and prove me wrong.
