Chan, 4Chan, 8Chan: (INFO) Websites 4 and 8 “chan” boards on which Q released his Drops or information crumbs. Both 4Chan and 8Chan (Name derived from the old TV “channels”) are on an area of the “Dark Web.” The Dark Web is essentially an area of the Internet where Google’s web crawling Internet mapping robots do not go to seek out the websites and follow links. Hence the websites in this “terra incognito” of the Internet are not catalogued in Google’s Search database and the data on them cannot be searched. It’s the “Wild West” of the Internet, unregulated, uncensored by anything except the agreement of the website operators and their users. In some areas, literally nothing is prohibited. Most website operators, but not all prohibit such things as child pornography. . . but there are rumored invitation only sites, which apparently exist behind both passcode and paywalls, where it is tolerated. Other criminal activity occurs on similar members only sites. Because topics cannot be easily searched in Google or other mainstream search engines, the Dark Web is not an area of the Internet commonly frequented by average Internet users, the “normies,” as Dark Web users refer to them. The people who do use the dark web, and gather in the “chans,” are generally known to be rebellious, raucous, and independent minded, and not too rule oriented. They are interested in alternative information about what is going on in current affairs as well as in other areas of history and science (including what some prefer to call pseudo science and history but may just be science and history not accepted by the orthodoxy). People posting there are anonymous. Most have long since given up on the Main Stream Media as being a genuine news resource and prefer to search out and share primary sources. .Cohen: (#1115) Michael Dean Cohen, is an American attorney who works as a lawyer and spokesperson for U.S. President Donald Trump. Prior to this appointment, he was Executive Vice-President of the Trump Organization and special counsel to Trump. As of April 2018, on referral from the Special Counsel Robert Mueller, he is under investigation by federal prosecutors into multiple matters, including bank fraud, wire fraud and campaign finance violations, relating in part to payments made to Stormy Daniels. His office and home were searched pursuant to a Federal Search warrant on April 9, 2018, by the New York Federal Attorney’s Office, although the Federal Attorney for the NY district recused himself from involvement. In late July 2018 it was leaked from the NY Federal prosecutor’s office that Cohen had been surreptitiously recording his conversations with his clients, including then presidential-candidate Donald Trump without their knowledge. A leaked recording of one such conversation with Trump has reached the media showing Cohen and Trump discussing the financing of a purchase the rights to a script or book about a tryst that was claimed to have occurred between Trump and a purported “Playboy model” in which Trump suggests no financing, just pay cash or check. This violates Trump’s Attorney/client confidentiality.

Clickbait: (#1711) Articles, headlines, and websites intended to attract (bait) Internet users (clicks) for the purpose of making revenue—including rotational ads from multiple advertisers which pays websites for “impressions” (eyes of viewers that simply fall on their ads) such as those provided by Google to individual websites or from the sales of products or publications from the website itself—by enticing the user to click on a link to visit a website. From a historical perspective, the techniques employed by clickbait authors can be considered derivative of yellow journalism, which presented little or no legitimate well-researched news and instead used eye-catching headlines that included exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism. For sites that thrive on thousands of click-throughs to content, many authors see the use of clickbait as a means to tap into human psyche by crafting these eye-catching headlines.

In Q Drop #1711, Q is now referencing the fact that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, on the official Department of Justice Chart of Organization, the person to whom every other Department and person employed by the Department of Justice, including the U.S. Attorneys in every district, of which U.S. Attorney John Huber for the Utah District is one, reports. National Security Letter, NSL: (#1711) National Security Letters (NSL) are a tool that allows the DOJ or FBI to bypass the formality of subpoenas, applications for warrants with affidavits in support, and instead simply send a letter to an individual, business or any entity they so choose to demand that records or documents of any kind must be produced and provided to the sender. The letter also informs the recipient that if the recipient reveals to anyone that the letter was received or what it requires to be produced, then the recipient has committed a federal felony and will be prosecuted. NSL abuse was rife under the Obama DOJ with, according to a special report linked by Q written by Congressman Louie Gohmert, literally thousands of NSLs sent out without probable cause being used for fishing expeditions with little oversight or review under FBI Directors Mueller and Comey. Pixelknot: (#1715) Pixelknot is a method of imbedding short messages in photographs utilizing Android. A form of Steganography, Pixelknot is a more limited means of surreptitiously passing data. (See Android, Steganography).

Steganograhy: (#1715) Steganography is a form of cryptography in which data is hidden inside other data such as audio, an image, financial data, or any other kind of information. The data used in steganography can be cleartext or another image, audio file, database, etc., and be either unencrypted or encrypted before being imbedded in the data it is hidden within the external file. Cassandra Project, Project Cassandra: (INFO) Project Cassandra is an effort led by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to undercut Hezbollah funding from illicit drug sources. Launched in 2008, the project was said to be investigating the terrorist organization's funding. According to the DEA, Hezbollah has become increasingly involved with drug trafficking and organized crime as a method of funding its activities. The investigation was tracking how large sums of money were being laundered from the Americas, through Africa, and to Lebanon into Hezbollah's coffers. Both 4Chan and 8Chan (Name derived from the old TV “channels”) are on an area of the “Dark Web.” The Dark Web is essentially an area of the Internet where Google’s web crawling Internet mapping robots do not go to seek out the websites and follow links. Hence the websites in this “terra incognito” of the Internet are not catalogued in Google’s Search database and the data on them cannot be searched. It’s the “Wild West” of the Internet, unregulated, uncensored by antything except the agreement of the website operators and their users. In some areas, literally nothing is prohibited. Most website operators, but not all prohibit such things as child pornography. . . but there are rumored invitation only sites, which apparently exist behind both passcode and paywalls, where it is tolerated. Other criminal activity occurs on similar members only sites. Because topics cannot be easily searched in Google or other mainstream search engines, the Dark Web is not an area of the Internet commonly frequented by average Internet users, the “normies,” as Dark Web users refer to them. The people who do use the dark web, and gather in the “chans,” are generally known to be rebellious, raucous, and independent minded, and not too rule oriented. They are interested in alternative information about what is going on in current affairs as well as in other areas of history and science (including what some prefer to call pseudo science and history but may just be science and history not accepted by the orthodoxy). People posting there are anonymous. Most have long since given up on the Main Stream Media as being a genuine news resource and prefer to search out and share primary sources.
