If they were using it as a test to see who DIDN’T want it out, they would just shop it to them and then notice that none of them picked it up. I’m guessing that friendlies (Hannity) were either

1. asked not to run it
2. ignorant/unaware
3. avoiding anything with a Q “taint”
4. busy with other things and/or it didn’t tie in with all the political drama (PS, LP, RR, Russians, etc.) that they were focused on. (Of course it DOES tie in, but not directly in the sort of he said/she said stories that they were covering.)
