The only issue with this is that you need a password to decrypt.

What I think is going to happen is that we are going to eventually get a trove of these pictures and the password that unlocks them. The password will have come from other messages NSA obtained from some other means of communication.

You can also encrypt full pictures within pictures as well. I can see this being a way to transmit CP in the clear without raising any overt suspicion.

I’m actually a little shocked that collections of ‘clip art’ haven’t been available for purchase. After purchase, you then receive a whatsapp or snapchat that tells you the decrypt password.

Having just verbalized that, I’m almost sure this is going on. I suspect this will be a future drop. We will get a selection of such pictures just north of the legal line for CP to get a sense of what’s in the rest of a bunch of other pics.

That’s when things will get tenuous for certain parties, and their safety roaming the streets.

What makes you think it isn’t available? I would be that either it IS commonly available or else that those who deal in such things are actually dealing with it unencrypted because they are so brazen.

Maybe the Weiner laptop has the key. (Or more likely multiple keys).

When you don’t know, make up what you’d like it to be.
