Simple: RR is a white hat, and always has been.
There is so much noise about this ... yet, Q says "We are in control."
As I have pointed out repeatedly, this COULD NOT BE THE CASE if RR were outside the control of POTUS & Sessions.

Could be a “show” but I lean towards Sessions has to stand for separation of powers somewhat. He is recused, so does he know all that is going on? If he doesn’t and RR is shown to be a black hat, Sessions can be truthfully shocked...

imhho, that is very disturbing and mystifying. Sessions is sharp enough and of high enough integrity to know that Rod Weaselstein is not to be trusted to carry out the trash. I don't get it. Unless RR has been playing a very something role for the Dark hats. But that idea has flaws, too. I don't get it.
