Leasing brochure says that the Koo-Ling Tower has the world’s most wasteful and high-maintenance heat exchanger for AC system, but it looks great doing it.
I do hope the building does not warp too much from the temperature differential between the opposite side?
On the plus side, this is simply a non-traditional evaporative cooler for the condenser water.
Just think of the savings$$$
