Verbally “confronting” people from 6 feet away - with no physical actions against anyone - does not legally justify a blindside bull rush on a guy much smaller and older than you with the force to slam him to the ground and then closing in on him for more.

But AS THE COPS DETERMINED what the dead man and his girlfriend did to the shooter did meet all required legal elements (found in quotations in post 205) to justify use of deadly force!

No matter what you or others think specifically of the shooter's personality or generally of neighborhood busybodies, parking-lot Barney Fife's or whatever.....
