If Q marker means Q proof, then why don’t people just say Q proof?

I think, if I’m reading the new drops correctly, the term is what Q himself used in these new drops. Anons figured out that it is actually a Q proof.
Marker has been used a lot before. It corresponds to a proof being the other side of the coin (when Trump confirms) ... IMO ;)
