I have been asking this from the start - and have not heard an answer, especially from D.C. Where does someone come up with $150 bil in D.C. and it is untraceable? Balderdash! We are fully betrayed!!! ...and no one in D.C. cares.

Basically, those were funds that had been frozen in 1979 at the time of the hostage taking by executive order, so 0meeba merely unfroze the funds and allowed them to have principal and interest which was quite a lot after 30 years of sequester.
