It looks like it would take a long while, not something you can do in a weekend or even a month.
Kitty had been stalking his wife for months. They only get bolder if you do nothing.
He did someting. He bought a spear. For all I know, it could be he started the process to buy a gun and bought the spear both.
I was left with the impression that he was resigned to not being able to complete the process. People do it to plink and collect guns. Seems like protecting lives would be sufficient motivation. I’d have had a two- man rule for going anywhere, at least until a big dog was acquired. Putting fear into the cat would have gone a long way toward avoiding the need to spear the cat while it’s attacking. And I’d have a bow. A treed cougar wouldn’t be too hard to hit.
Congrats. You were first to nail it!!
I’m betting most of the shooters up there are Moslems, with some of them being Trudeau’s beloved refugees. Down here, it could be Moslems, mentally ill juvenile nutcases, Black gangs, Latino gangs, the occasional White supremacist and on and on . . .
Toronto has had many shootings lately, and I think that they are gang related. There are some pretty rough areas in Toronto. This last one, however, appears to be terrorism. Up here in PC Canada, though, we refer to it as mental illness, or as our wise Prime Minister said, an “irregular” shooting.
That’s also the new term for illegal invaders....irregular immigrants.
Cougar news out of Oregon....the cat in Springfield was spotted inside a fenced yard. Hounds and police snipers were called in, and the cat was treed and shot dead. Also, out of Ashland, a hippy-dippy college town, a cougar came in someone’s home and went to sleep for a number of hours. The resident scared it off by playing his or her drum. Good story to tell at the next drum circle. Cat didn’t look too concerned, though.
