It appears the words used are retard and retarded.

SOme how these people are trying to take out the english language word by word. Retarded development is a scientific term to describe someone who does not progress as an average child would. Someone is said to be retarded if they experiance slow development or limited development. Its often the case that more time or acute training can bring the person to full development.
A person who experiences slow or incomplete development is called a retard. And of course, an average person who is referred to as a retard my take offense. But these same people who want to take this word out of the English language love to call Trump voters by lots of choice names that mean something close to retard. The smarmy class has no problem with words that separate themselves from anyone who knows how many teats are on a cow, or what the word caliber means. Pay no attention to these retards.
