I bet it is hilarious!
I just skimmed it - Glen Campbell certainly had perfect hair for that era - loved him!
I watched most of it. I didn’t find it particularly funny.
The Friars Club Roasts were the best from that decade.

Back when the left had a sense of humor. They wouldn’t last 5 mins in Hollywierd anymore.
I’ve watched a little Carson lately, mostly Carnac. I showed my wife the “Hu’s on the Phone” skit a couple weeks ago and she just about cried.
The Dom in Deluise was probably for Dominic, a common Italian name for boys. I’ll bet he got tired of correcting people who called him Don. He seemed like the type to get flustered very easily. Dom used to appear as a guest on a radio progam on either KGO or KSFO. It was a Sunday Morning show, the hosts were two brothers who were fix-it specialists. Lots of free advice for call-in listeners. Dom knew a great deal about wine grapes and indoor gardens made of seasoning plants, such as thyme or basil.
