I have a Twitter account, but I haven’t been on it in months.
I’m retired, but if I was still working, I’d make sure I wasn’t on ANY social media (except FR, of course).
Job accomplishment, knowledge, and great work ethic can be all superseded by some, 20-year-old comment, or joke, on the internet.
It’s job suicide.
Some employers now demand your FB and other social media passcodes as a condition of employment...............
