I agree with everything you said. I always ask about where the line is when I get ready to get into what appears to be a line.

I still feel like we don’t know the whole story. Maybe he had already ordered, and was just asking for salsa or something. Or maybe he was playing a prank. Or maybe he was on drugs. Or maybe he’s an entitled jerk. Weird.

If I check my order, say at the table, or in my car after the drive through, and I find something missing, I go quickly to the front of the line and get what I need. I wonder if this guys tried to explain it, I cant hear what he says..
