You wonder if the International Tennis Federation (ITF) is unwilling to "bust" (pun unintended) Serena Williams because we're talking both a female and African-American player. Such a "bust" could cause massive ripple effects throughout the sport for very political reasons. In fact, this is why even the sensationalist TMZ Sports is unwilling to investigate any possible illegal doping by Serena.

A quick Google search shows some rumors but no evidence of any PED usage by Williams. I'm not going to take any joy in some German woman defeating an American who happens to be the best female tennis player in history - one coming back from the birth of her first child.

My problem with Serena is the sycophantic virtue-signalers who love her because it makes them love themselves more for loving a black female tennis player. If she’s a PED user, then consequences be applied, although we know how that works out in US politics... nail the Russian chick!

We’ll see what happens with Sloane Stephens, but as far as I can tell she doesn’t chase publicity and doesn’t flaunt her race.

Btw, I looked but couldn’t find a thread on the Isner-Anderson match. Is there one out there? I’d love to see what Freepers have to say. Amazing match!
