The Democrats and the left have been in outrage mode since election night on November 8, 2016, and they are no doubt saving a few up for October and a day or two before the midterms. So far we've had:
-Russia -Puerto Rico -Parkland -We're Living in the Handmaid's Tale -Russia -Kids "ripped from their parents" -Russia -"He Knew what he was signing up for" -Diet Coke -Covfefe -Russia -Tax Returns -Stormy Daniels -Russia
And others (Russia).
Imagine what the manufactured outrage will be in October and November
Mueller tries to indict Trump and requests solitary confinement. Unable to provide evidence to the court or Trump’s lawyers because that would impact his ongoing anti-terrorism investigation.
Most elected republicans say “we have to do what Mueller wants”.
“The resistance” goes nuts and shows up to the polls.
Republicans voters give up on voting R.

I think that for September, Mueller will have a surprise indictment just before he steps down. I think that the Russians being named now is permit this to be tied into someone of that group.
It’ll backfire on them.
As a result, I'd expect even more violence from the left.
Trump is digging into the Democrat’s vital black demographic.
They will need to pick a dead young black man, over whom to instigate/bus in demonstrators/rioters/media.
NONE of Trumps voters give a RATS ASS what Mueller will have to say about Trump!!! There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING anyone can say about Trump to sway his voters, Trump has the MOST LOYAL following I have EVER SEEN in politics!!! Mueller comes after him it will drive his supporters to the polls in DROVES!!!
That’s possible. We can put absolutely nothing past them.
Mueller’s “investigation” is so tainted that whoever is indicted would get off on that fact.
But remember that Obama knew about the Russians and did nothing about it.
My suspicion is that it will be Sessions that unveils the October surprise. That it will have to do with collusion by the Democrats, and that it will leave them devastated.
Roy Moore redux. Predict news media will “find” accusers for every male R.
The only “colluding” going around; the democRATS and Mueller will spring something on Trump, which will ultimately fail.
Of course, Party officials will have to determine what issue will be the focus of their available demonstrators/agitators/rioters/union thugs and media lap dogs in the final weeks, based on polling at the time.
Some resources will be targeted toward specific local races and some National themes will be selected.
Race, class, gender and sexual orientation must all be agitated, before any election.
alternately, that the Democrats will claim that Trump had an affair with a camel.

Their are plenty of democrat voters who are not frothing psychopaths, but merely indoctrinated sheep who haven't paid attention all their lives and think voting democrat makes them "nice."

The Democrats probably get to raise some funds to oppose the Supreme Court nominee, so some smears/demonstrations will be funded for themes against Kavanaugh.
Perhaps some throngs of wailing banshees in pink pussy hats, outraged over hypothetical heretical assaults on the sanctity of free abortions for everyone.
They will likely make a mountain out of a molehill in some small detail from among his 300 Circuit Court opinions. There are a lot of resources (including a few hundred people in DoJ tasked by Rosenstein) being committed to combing through them now, looking for any hook they can use.
