Somebody said that phrase and it triggered that memory to go looking for Q’s post, I remembered reading it but thought it was way before just a month ago... That said, somebody beat me to it with the rest of the info, as I kept digging that came from Reddit.
The NFC is a ball that has a chip built into it from what I can tell... Not sure exactly what it is intended to do.
My thoughts since I posted have been maybe the built in chip was reprogrammed to be a Key to the missing server??

Hmmmmmm so the ball could contain a key or a chip or something that would access some kind of data bank from the Russians? Or it could be chip being returned? Or could dump data from the Russians to us?
Extreme importance of it minimized by casually tossing to Melania for “For Baron?”
That seemed too casual for such a nice gift, and Trump did not make any kind of deal about it at all.
