That is logical thinking, bagster.... however, to turn the coin over, for another possibility, I thought I read in someone’s post here recently, that one of the Russians from the previous collection of indicted Russians actually came over to US and did enquiry, or demanded discovery or some such.... which was not expected, and was thought to create a kink in the ploy to indict the untouchable Russians - who seem, at least in part, to want their day in Court.
