One of the number 1 things to do also is get unions out of public employment jobs.
Trump signed something recently - EO or bill sent by Congress? (where did my memory go, I want it back!) that removed the power of unions to take dues out of members and non-members checks.
This alone will take away much of the power of all unions. Of course, public employee unions should not even exist.
